About me

 

Who am I?

I’m Sarah Rayment, a certified Blue Health Coach Practitioner with a focus on creativity, resilience and wellbeing. I’m wildly passionate about nature, especially our oceans!

As a coach, my superpower is helping you tap into your curious nature, compassion and natural strengths so you can use them to feel better connected to yourself and do the creative work you love.

As a wellbeing facilitator, I bring knowledge and practice from certifications in mindfulness, meditation, and therapeutic art coaching to guide you through a wealth of tools, strategies and activities that I’ve tried and tested throughout my work and my own life.

In addition to my qualifications, I’ve been through challenging times myself, including, toxic workplaces, burnout, disconnection, chronic anxiety and navigating all this with sensory processing differences. I’ve been fortunate enough to receive plenty of support and discovered many strategies to manage these challenges but I’m always learning new ones.

A huge component of my own wellbeing practice is spending time in or near the water - swimming, walking and meditating are the main ways I connect with myself and the world.

The power of being by the water is difficult to put into words which is why I’m so keen to help others experience it as part of an intentional, embodied wellbeing practice.

I don’t just visit or talk about the water, I bring it’s beautiful patterns and elements into my life in the form of ripples and waves, fluidity, flow, rhythms and tides, reflections and energy.

I can support you in your wellbeing because for the past ten years I’ve been dedicated to supporting my own, and been on a deep journey of discovery along the way.
