Creative coaching is for anyone who is pursuing, or wants to pursue, a more creative life, professionally or personally. Perhaps you’re a writer, artist, musician, designer, crafter or setting up your own creative business. Whether you’re just getting started, stuck in the messy middle or feeling fatigued after creative burnout, this coaching package is designed to bridge the gap from where you are now to where you want to be in your creative life.

This isn’t just about your work this is about the WHOLE you so we’ll dig deep to find the crux of everything that’s getting in the way of where you want to be.

  • 1 x 90 minute session

  • 5 x 60 minute sessions

  • Pre-coaching worksheet to help you think through all your big ideas so we can dive right in when we start our sessions

This is for you if you’re struggling with your inner critic, finding it hard to focus or carve out the time, at a crossroads with your creative life, overwhelmed with ideas or simply unsure of the best way to move forwards.

You’ll walk away from our sessions with a clearer head, more confidence in yourself and your creative work, a tonne of tools and strategies to help you stay focused and positive, and an action plan to keep you moving forwards and make it happen.

During our Creative Coaching sessions we will explore many different aspects of your creative journey and we’ll start where you are currently. But just in case you’re wondering what it might look like, here are some things that I can support you with.
