Hey, I’m Sarah. Welcome to Coast & Flow, a space for curiosity, connection and creativity.

I’m a coach, wellbeing facilitator, writer and wild soul at heart, and I’m lucky enough to work with incredible creative folks around the world who are making waves and doing it their own way.

I’m all about finding ways to do the things you love in ways that mean you get to love life, love your work and feel like you’re making a difference. And a quick note while you’re here - you already ARE making a difference. You really are.

I’m based in Bournemouth, Dorset, so I have the opportunity to work with people on the beach whenever possible. The coast is not only a stunning backdrop for our conversations but a core part of my coaching process and I can’t wait to share it with you.
