Podcast recommendations: daring dreams, negative self-talk, imposter syndrome and success
It’s no secret that I love books and reading but there are still times when I’m just not in the mood / can’t concentrate / haven’t got the time / haven’t got enough hands to turn the pages. This is where podcasts come to the rescue. A quick Google or search in the podcast app and I can usually find something I want to listen to. Here are a couple of recommendations.
Ctrl Alt Delete
Award-winning author and broadcaster Emma Gannon chats to experts, thought-leaders, writers and creative individuals about the internet, their careers, and everything in between. I’ve never listened to an episode that I haven’t enjoyed but here are a couple of recent favourite episodes.

A podcast dedicated to changing the way we talk – and think – about success. It’s not all money, power, status, etc. The Success Revolution combines heart and soul conversations with our favourite, successful women with topical female news stories and our expertise and experience too. Again, you can’t really go wrong, but here are a couple of suggestions.
Episode 5: Helena Morrissey

This episode took an unexpected turn as Melissa bared all about her life, her struggles, her successes and how she has her fair share of shit days in the mix. Put it this way, Melissa herself called it the best therapy session she’s ever had.
